Tour Information Before the Party – The tour starts at Abbot Hall to Hopper St. to Bank Square, ending at Darling street. The total distance covered is less than a half mile, never be more than a block away from Abbot Hall where there are restrooms and chairs. Judy Anderson is a social & cultural historian with a focus on architecture, daily life, family history. She was Curator of Marblehead’s Jeremiah Lee Mansion for a decade and has written a book about the house and its magnificent original English hand-painted wallpaper from the 1760s.
